Yes. Go to Settings → Privacy and open Profile Privacy Control. Every profile is Public by default, and you can switch to Private (GS Poets Only) so only registered members can view it, Followers Only so only your followers can, or Private (Hidden) so no one can see your profile while you keep browsing yourself. Each poem has its own visibility setting in the Privacy & Comments section of the composer: Public (anyone, including signed-out visitors — the default), Followers Only (just the people who follow you), or Private (only you, plus anyone you send the private link to, and up to 100 specific poets you share it with directly). Yes. Narrowing a poem's audience takes effect immediately — the moment you save, it's removed from the streams and readers who can no longer see it. Widening it again (say, back to Public) makes it visible again just as fast.
Yes. If you've added a location to your profile, open Settings → Edit Profile and turn on Hide Location. Your city and state are hidden while your country stays visible, so you can show roughly where you write from without the specifics.
Every poem you've written (drafts and private poems included), your photos, recordings, the comments you've written, your profile, your follows, and the poems you've saved. Messages aren't included. Nobody, unless you choose to show it. It's hidden by default. To show it, turn off Hide Birthday in Settings → Privacy. Even then, only the month and day appear, never the year.
Turn on Content Protection in Settings → Privacy and right-clicking and selecting text are switched off on your poems for other readers, which makes casual copying harder. It's a deterrent, not a lock: someone determined can still copy the words. If someone does copy your work, see Reporting copyright infringement or plagiarism.
