Non-consensual intimate imagery
Sometimes a private, intimate photo or video ends up online without the permission of the person in it — and that includes fake or AI-generated "deepfake" images made to look real. If that has happened to you on GS Poetry, this is where you ask us to take it down. You do not need a GS Poetry account, and you don't have to be a member — anyone affected, or someone helping on their behalf, can use this form.
Here's what happens next. As soon as you send a complete request, our safety team is alerted right away. We'll take down any content a valid request identifies within 48 hours— along with any duplicate copies we can find elsewhere on the site — and we'll email you to confirm it's done.
This form is specifically for intimate images or videos shared without consent, under the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act. If your concern is something else, there's a better route: if someone is using work you created, see Copyrights & Plagiarism; for anything else, use the Report button on the content itself or contact support.
Two free resources can help alongside this form. If you're an adult and want to stop an intimate image from being shared in the first place, StopNCII.org creates a secure digital fingerprint of the image so participating platforms can block it without you ever having to upload the image itself. And if the person in the content is under 18, use NCMEC's Take It Down — imagery of a minor is treated with the greatest urgency and is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. You're welcome to submit the form below as well.
To act on your request, we need a few things from you: your name and email so we can reach you, links to exactly where the content is, a good-faith statement that it was shared without consent, and your signature. The form below walks you through each one — filling it out completely is what makes your request valid under the law.
