COPPA is the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) "which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in connection with the collection, use, and/or disclosure of personal information from and about children on the internet."
Our service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13). Everyone who registers must provide their date of birth, and registration is refused — and any just-created account is deleted — when the date of birth shows the person is under 13.
We strive to comply with the COPPA guidelines set forth by the Federal Trade Commission. If you are the parent of a child under the age of thirteen (13) who has created an account using a false birth date, please notify our support team. We will promptly investigate, close your child's account, and delete all information associated with their account from the site and our databases.
