Billing & Plans
Payments & Cancellation
Update your card, switch plans, cancel or resume, find invoices, and how failed payments and refunds work.
Go to Settings → Membership and click "Cancel Renewal." Your GS Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for — canceling is never immediate, so you use the full time you bought. Full guide: Canceling or resuming GS Pro →
Yes. If your period hasn't ended yet, go to Settings → Membership and click "Resume membership" on the status card. Your subscription goes back to renewing normally, with nothing else changed. More on resuming →
Both live in Settings → Membership: "Payment Methods" updates the card on file, and "Change Plan / Billing Cycle" switches between monthly and annual. Your features never lapse during a plan change. Full guide: Managing your subscription →
Open Settings → Membership → Billing History. Every charge — first payment, each renewal, and any plan change — has a downloadable receipt for your records or expenses. Full guide: Payments, invoices, and receipts →
You keep your GS Pro features during a short grace period while we retry. Settings → Membership shows an "Update payment method" button — add a working card and the charge is retried automatically. If it's never resolved, the membership simply lapses to Free with no further charges. More on failed payments →
Nothing — every poem stays published and yours, along with your followers, comments, ratings, badges, and achievements. You only lose the Pro-only features, and already-scheduled poems still publish on time. Full guide: What happens when GS Pro ends →
Because canceling keeps your access until the period you paid for ends, there's usually nothing to refund — you always use the full time you bought, and the free week every new account starts with means you've tried GS Pro before you ever pay. If you do need one, open Settings → Membership → Billing History, where each charge shows its refund status and a "Request a refund or dispute a charge" link opens a support request pre-filled with that charge. Refunds are reviewed by our team, not instant or automatic. More on refunds →
