Overview
Everything about your GS Pro membership lives in one place: Settings → Membership. From there you can update your payment card, switch billing cycles, view your billing history, check your credits, and cancel or resume — no phone calls, no emails required.
What you can do from Settings → Membership
When your membership is active, the Manage Your Subscription section shows a set of tiles:
- Payment Methods — update the card on file. This opens our payment provider's secure card screen, so your card details are entered directly with them, never stored by GS Poetry.
- Change Plan / Billing Cycle — switch between monthly ($9/mo) and annual ($84/yr, $7/mo). Moving to annual saves 22%.
- Billing History — your invoices and receipts for every charge.
- Credits & Balance — your credit wallet, packs, and full ledger. GS Pro includes 100 credits each month.
- Cancel Renewal — stop the next renewal while keeping access until your paid period ends (covered in its own guide).
When you switch between monthly and annual, our payment provider handles the price difference for the current period automatically. Your GS Pro features never lapse during the switch.
If something goes wrong
- "My card expired or was replaced." Open Payment Methods from Settings → Membership and add the new card. If a renewal already failed, see Payments, invoices, and receipts for how the retry works.
- "I don't see the management tiles." They appear for active paying members. If your membership is complimentary, or currently past-due or cancel-pending, the page shows the relevant state instead — for a payment problem you'll see an Update payment method button front and center.
- "I need an invoice for expenses." Open Billing History — every charge has a downloadable receipt.
Where to go next
To stop or restart your membership, see Canceling or resuming GS Pro. For receipts, failed payments, and refunds, see Payments, invoices, and receipts.
