Use the Contact form — pick Other for a feature idea or the closest match for a bug, add a subject and message, and send. You don't need to be signed in. Full guide: Sending feedback and feature requests →
The Contact form is the main route, and signing in first means your name and email are filled in for you. If you'd rather email, click the support@gspoetry.com address on that page to open a quick send-an-email panel that reaches the same inbox.
Tell us what you expected versus what actually happened, the steps to get there, the page or URL where it happened, and your device and browser (for example, "iPhone, Safari"). A screenshot helps a lot. The more specific the report, the faster we can reproduce and fix it. More on writing a good report →
Yes — we aim to respond within 48 hours. Reports involving safety are always handled first. If your message is about a child in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away rather than waiting on a reply here.
We read every message. The most useful requests describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the fix — that gives us room to find the best solution. Ideas that line up with where GS Poetry is heading, and ones many poets ask for, get prioritized soonest, so a quick note telling us an idea matters to you genuinely helps.
Use the Contact form and choose the Billing + Payments issue type so it reaches the right place. For self-serve answers first, most charge, receipt, and failed-payment questions are covered in Payments, invoices, and receipts.
