Yes — public collections are free and unlimited. Making a collection private (only you can see it) and arranging poems in a custom order are GS Pro features.
Open the profile menu (your avatar, top-right) and choose My Collections, then New Collection. You can also create one on the fly from the composer or from any of your published poems.

No. Only you, the author, can add, remove, or reorder poems in your collections. A reader viewing a public collection simply sees the poems.

Open the ··· menu on the collection and choose Delete (or Delete Collection from inside it), then confirm. Deleting only removes the grouping — your poems are not deleted. They stay published and available under My Poems. Full guide →
Poems show newest first by default. With GS Pro you can drag and drop the poem cards into any order you like — a grip handle appears on each card once a collection holds more than one poem, and the new order saves automatically. Custom ordering is a GS Pro feature; free collections stay newest-first.
In the create or edit dialog, set Who Can See It to Only me (private). Private collections are a GS Pro feature — on a free account the option is shown but grayed out. Public collections are free and unlimited.

A collection only shows to visitors once it's public and holds at least one poem. Empty collections and private collections are hidden from others — you'll still see your own (an empty one is marked "0 poems") so you can fill, edit, or delete it.
No. Removing a poem from a collection only takes it out of that list — the poem itself stays published and is always available under My Poems. (Use the trash icon on a poem's card to remove it; that's different from deleting the whole collection.)
