Your Profile
Edit your profile — display name, username, avatar and cover photo, location, and bio.
Go to Settings → Edit Profile. From there you can update your display name, username, quote and About Me, location, and your avatar and cover photo — then save. New here? See Creating your first profile →
Open Settings → Edit Profile and edit the Username field — it's checked for availability as you type, since it's unique across the site and displayed publicly by default. Full walkthrough: Changing your username →
In Settings → Edit Profile, click your avatar to upload a new photo (you can crop it) or pick one from your gallery. For the cover photo, choose from the gallery or upload your own, then drag to reposition it before saving.
In Settings → Edit Profile, fill in your Location, then turn on Hide Location. Your city and state are hidden from your profile while your country stays visible — so you can show roughly where you are without sharing the details.
Your profile has two spots: a short Quote (up to 80 characters) for a line that sums you up, and a longer About Me for a real introduction — what you write, what draws you to poetry, and what readers can expect. Keep it warm and specific; you can edit both any time from Settings → Edit Profile.
