Overview

When you can’t find an answer in the Support Center, the team is one short form away. Head to the Contact page, tell us what’s going on, and we’ll get back to you. You don’t need to be signed in to reach us — helpful if the trouble is getting into your account in the first place.

How to reach us

On the Contact page, fill in the Issue Type, a Subject, and your Message, then click Send Message. If you’re signed in, your name and email come from your account automatically — you’ll see “Submitting as” your name at the top, so you only fill in the message. If you’re signed out, just add your name and an email address so we have somewhere to reply.

Choosing an issue type

Picking the right issue type helps your message reach the right person faster. You can select all that apply from options like:

  • Account Issue and Account Recovery — trouble signing in, or you’ve lost access.
  • Billing + Payments — anything about a subscription, charge, or payment.
  • Privacy + Data Concern — questions about your data or privacy.
  • Spam, Harassment, Inappropriate Content, Plagiarism, and Copyright Violation — report something on the platform.
  • PoemShuttle + Importing Poems and SoulCast Issue — help with those specific features.
  • Other — anything that doesn’t fit above.

If you choose Account Recovery, the message box fills in with a short checklist — answering as much as you can helps us verify it’s really your account and reply faster.

When to expect a reply

We aim to respond within 48 hours. Reports involving safety are treated with the highest priority. If your issue is urgent and involves a child in danger, contact your local emergency services right away rather than waiting on a reply here.
