Overview
GS Poetry has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor. This material is never permitted here under any circumstance, and accounts involved are removed. This guide explains how to report it and what happens once you do.
If a child is in immediate danger, stop and call 911 (or your local emergency number) right now. You can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org. Reaching emergency services and the CyberTipline is the fastest way to protect a child — do that first, before anything else.
How to report on GS Poetry
There are two ways to bring this to us, and either one reaches our team at the highest priority:
- Use the in-app report tool. Open the menu on the poem, comment, image, or profile in question, choose Report, and select the child-safety reason. This attaches the report directly to the content so we can act on it quickly.
- Use the contact form. Go to our Contact page, choose Child/Sexual Abuse Material as the issue type, and describe what you saw and where. The form also shows a safety note pointing you to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
You do not need to collect evidence, download anything, or investigate on your own — simply tell us where the content is. Please do not share, forward, or re-post the material.
What happens after you report
We treat every child-safety report as urgent. When we become aware of apparent CSAM, we restrict the content from view, preserve the necessary records, and report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline, which works with law enforcement in the United States and around the world. NCMEC and the appropriate authorities — not GS Poetry — handle the investigation from there.
Reports are confidential. The person you report is not told who reported them.
